Fastcompletion were a great company to deal with, i had alot of debt and just wanted a fresh start, the market is dropping month by month and i had it up with a estate agent, but after 4 monthes i came accross fastcompletion and i had to sell quick!, so they did a valuation and made me an offer which i accepted, im free to move on now and iv paid most of the debt off!

We couldnt accept fastcompletions first offer because we owed more than they could give us, so Dave said they did something called 'lease options' which i hadnt heard of, basically we moved out within 28 days and signed responsibility over to Dave which ment he could buy my house in 6 years time for an agreed figure (todays market value) and Dave took over the mortgage payments and is responsible for all maintenance, everything to do with the property was signed over to them!, i needed to move out obviously so i found a house for rent £560 a month so Dave paid the deposit and first months rent so i was up and running! I relise they are going to make money down the line on my property but they helped me move on quickly and they do have to look after the property for the next 6 years so they deserve it!

Long story short, I Started a fresh and these guys helped me! i couldnt be happier!, Thanks Dave and the team at fastcompletion!
